UK service! The bus puts us off at a closed Bus interchange, go piss in the streets is the attitude - we are closed. Cardiff is crowded on a Friday night. Bus was OK despite my sitting in the wrong seat. Spent 3hrs sitting in arrivals as there are no seats in departures. Went too the lounge at sbout 7am and got in. Slightly cramped and not a lot of hot food on offer, but good cerials and pastries. Gate announced before 10 am so out of lounge and at the gate.
